a. Return Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs associated with the exchange. This includes the cost of returning the original item to us and the shipping fee for the replacement item. The $18 fee is to cover the shipping & processing of your new exchanged item. b. Condition of the Item: The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
c. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team via email email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange and arrange for the shipment of the replacement item.

Exchanges can be made for UNWORN clothing within (5) business days after you’ve received the item. Any items that are sent back for exchange have to be in SELL ABLE condition (smoke free, unworn, no stains, etc.). No refund or Exchanges on intimate items (ie Swim, Scrubs & lingerie)
