Exchange Policy

1. Size and Product Selection: Please take the time to carefully review the sizing charts and product descriptions before making your purchase. Ensuring you have selected the correct size and product for your needs is essential. We provide detailed size guides and comprehensive product information to assist you in making an informed decision. If you require assistance with sizing or product selection, our customer support team is always available to help you.
2. Shipping Address: You must provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We rely on the information you provide to deliver your order promptly. Please double-check all the details, including the recipient's name, street address, apartment number (if applicable), city, state/province, postal code, and country. Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information may result in delays or non-delivery of your order.
3. Exchange Policy: We understand that errors can occur or preferences may change. In the unfortunate event that you need to exchange an item for reasons other than a fault on our part, please note the following:

a. Return Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs associated with the exchange. This includes the cost of returning the original item to us and the shipping fee for the replacement item. 

b. Condition of the Item: The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

c. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team via email orders@juicybodygoddess.com within 5 days of receiving your order.  Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange and arrange for the shipment of the replacement item.

Exchanges can be made for UNWORN clothing within (5) business days after you’ve received the item. Any items that are sent back for exchange have to be in SELL ABLE condition (smoke free, unworn, no stains, etc.). No refund or Exchanges on intimate items (ie Swim, Scrubs & lingerie)

Here are our Guidelines for Exchanges:

The purchaser will be responsible for ALL shipping costs associated with the return items.

We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs.  When you send your exchange back please provide a note stating the “In Stock” item you would like to exchange, Order # (starts with E) along with a contact number.
