Position Summary (PART TIME AND FULL TIME)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate at Juicy Body Goddess, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service and styling advice to our valued customers. Your positive attitude and passion for fashion will help create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who walks

through Juicy Body Goddess’ doors.

Basic Qualifications:

 Must be 18 years or older

 Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred

 Passion for fashion, plus-size empowerment, and helping others feel confident

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure

 Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons (Fat Fun Friday, Prom

Season, and events)

 Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

Desired Qualifications:

 2+ years of customer-facing retail or boutique experience

 Deep knowledge of plus-size fashion and body positivity trends

 Ability to style and curate outfits based on shape, occasion, and vibe

 Familiarity with POS software systems

 Comfort with social media, virtual styling, and on-camera engagement

 Willingness to increase hours during promotions, holiday events, and peak (prom) season

Essential Physical Requirements:

 Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and talking

 Ability to reach with hands/arms, climb ladders, lift or move up to 25 lbs.

 Bending, stooping, and moving stock as needed

 Visual acuity required for reading tags, signage, and product inspection

 Must be comfortable in a sensory-rich environment (music, fragrance, bright lighting)
